So, I'll come back and post about my weekend and my adventure toward becoming a group exercise instructor, but wanted to say that I'm back on the wagon. After spending the weekend around stick thin girls, I'm inspired to take off some of the weight I've put back on in the last year.
I can tell that I took some off over the weekend from being so active with the training class; however, I didn't eat the best after having two different parties with cake and other naughty foods.
So, today is the new start.
I'm a big eater, so this is my struggle - not exercise. But it's very apparent that food is my issue because I exercise a lot and still gain weight.
Here's my exercise plan for the week.
Monday: practice Group Active class for 2 hours at home
Tuesday: Run, Power class, then practice Active for 1 hour at home
Wednesday: Ride class, then practice Active for 1 hour at home
Thursday: Run, Power class, then practice Active for 1 hour at the gym
Friday: Ride class, then practice Active for 1 hour at home
Here's my eating today:
B: oatmeal w/cinnamon and spenda (2), s/f non-fat latte (3), 1/2 apple (1)
S: pretzels (3)
L: string cheese (2)
D: Turkey macaroni (5)
S: dried apples, apple (1)
S: Choc. Chips (too many) Ugh!
Exercise: 1 hour practicing Active class.
I did much better in my eating, until I got the craving at night after work and I was too tired to care.
Bad, Lindsay!
